Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks (around 14–21 days) from the day your order ships. Occasionally it may take a little longer during peak seasons, holidays or due to customs clearance. Sculpté ships directly from our manufacturing partner, which is what allows us to keep the price fair and include free worldwide shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, please email us at hello@sculptebeauty.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — either by locating the package or by issuing a refund or sending a replacement, whichever you prefer.
