We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Sculpté isn't for you, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund — no awkward questions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@sculptebeauty.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to display them). For hygiene reasons, used devices may be refunded without requiring a return.
Damaged or wrong item
If your Sculpté arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a clear photo within 7 days of delivery (along with your order number) and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return needed.

We're a small team and we genuinely want to make things right. If anything is off with your order, please contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback — it's almost always faster, and we'll do everything we can to resolve it.
